Recruitment & Talent Manager (Fixed-term)

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM;

Role Responsibilities:

Development of a sustainable recruitment plan and strategy;
Implementation of innovative recruitment methods for challenging roles;
Coordination of the entire recruitment process (interview organization, CV screening, psychological tests, etc.);
Identification of qualified candidates for open positions;
Analysis of applicants and reference checks;
Coordination of the adaptation and integration process for new employees;
Periodic reporting on the effectiveness of used recruitment channels;
Coordination and organization of employee development activities;

Required Education and Experience:

Higher education in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or Administration;
2 years of experience in recruitment;
In-depth knowledge of recruitment techniques and Employer Branding;
Practical experience in promoting vacant positions on social networks and various recruitment platforms;
Fluency in Romanian and Russian (English – at least B1 level).
