Purcari Wineries launches Vintech Innovations to drive digital transformation

Purcari Wineries Public Company Limited (henceforth “Group”, “Purcari”), the CEE’s leading wine producer announced today the launch of Vintech Innovations, a new IT company, fully owned by the Group and dedicated to advancing our Group’s digitalization initiatives. This significant milestone underscores our ongoing commitment to technological innovation and will enhance our operational efficiency, accelerate decision-making processes, and optimize information flow within the Group.

The establishment of Vintech Innovations is a strategic move designed to allow a more agile and responsive approach to meeting the evolving demands of the market and the expectations of our customers in an increasingly digital landscape.
