To promote the importance of professions in the winemaking industry, Purcari Wineries Group has initiated an Internship Program designed for students from the country’s leading educational institutions, providing an opportunity to bring fresh perspectives to our field of activity.

The program has been developed to attract high-quality candidates seeking practical experience, as well as to create mentoring opportunities for existing employees. It offers a well-planned, comprehensive scheme with meaningful and engaging work.

Eligible students become part of our operational departments, as well as the agricultural and production segment, where there is an increased need for new specialists to slow down the rapid aging of the workforce.

Job purpose:
As Senior Marketing Manager at Purcari Wineries Group, your primary responsibility is to lead and manage the marketing strategies, ensuring an effective implementation and measuring the results and brand performance. Senior Marketing Manager is a middle-management level position and you will generally report to Marketing Director. Additionally the role involves improvement of marketing processes and workflows such as campaign management. You will also manage the marketing budget and resources while insuring compliance with company`s policies, strategies and regulations. Your responsibilities will include training and coaching the marketing operations team, implementation of best practices and evaluation of new trends and tools in the industry.

Key responsibilities:
1. Brand Management

  • Leads the development of brand strategy and brand positioning.
  • Manage brand effectiveness.
  • Measuring brand performance.
  • Co-ordinating brand support activities.
  1. Integrated marketing communications strategies
  • Leads and direct the development of integrated marketing communication to communicate with all stakeholders.
  • Leads and direct the delivery of integrated marketing communication to communicate with all stakeholders.
  1. Marketing research:
  • Analyzing buyers’ behavior and market trends to identify opportunities.
  • Conducting market research to identify opportunities.
  1. Strategic Planning:
  • Creating long-term marketing strategies and plans based on the company`s needs and budgets.
  • Lead the budget planning for managed brands.
  1. Collaboration and communication
  • Work closely with Product Development, Digital integration, PR Communication teams.
  • Work closely with Trade Marketing, Sales, and other Partner marketing teams.
  1. Performance Analysis and Optimization:
  • Monitoring key metrics and evaluating campaign effectiveness.
  • Making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies
  • Monitoring and measuring effectiveness of brand performance and campaigns.

The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position and 5+ years’ overall background in the marketing field, solid understanding of marketing brand strategic planning, understanding of creative conceptualization.

  • Bachelor’s and Master`s degree in marketing / communication / management.
  • Experience in building or managing brands, coordinating brand support activities; measuring brand effectiveness.
  • Experience managing integrated marketing communications strategies.
  • FMCG marketing experience is an advantage.
  • Deeply understanding of marketing processes and practices
  • Project management skills, including reporting and budgeting competencies.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, team player able to build strong relationships with different teams.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adopt and understand new concepts.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Keeping up to date with industry best practices and emerging marketing trends
  • High level of self-motivation and self-development.
  • Result-driven, articulate, cultured, and well presented.
  • Fluent in English, Romanian and Russian languages.

Role Responsibilities:

Development of a sustainable recruitment plan and strategy;
Implementation of innovative recruitment methods for challenging roles;
Coordination of the entire recruitment process (interview organization, CV screening, psychological tests, etc.);
Identification of qualified candidates for open positions;

Required Education and Experience:

Higher education in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or Administration;

Practical experience in promoting vacant positions on social networks and various recruitment platforms;
Fluency in Romanian and Russian (English – at least B1 level).

Organizing and supervising activities in the bottling department to meet weekly, monthly, and annual bottling plans.
Efficiently planning tasks and required resources.
Ensuring compliance with bottling standards and ISO requirements.
Maintaining timely records, monitoring, and replenishing material stocks.
