As noted in its Financial Calendar on the Bucharest Stock Exchange website, Purcari Wineries Public Company Limited (the ‘Company’) will hold its Annual General Meeting of the shareholders (‘AGM’) on the 22nd of May 2024.
The Notice to the AGM and the Proxy form are available and can be downloaded here.
The Notice will also be published on April 30th, 2024, in the Cypriot daily newspaper “Alithia” and in the Romanian newspaper “National”. The Company encourages and welcomes the participation of the shareholders to its General Meetings; the methods of participation are stated in the Notes to the AGM Notice.
