Situated at the crossroads of breezes from the Black Sea and the cool winds from the Prut River, along with the influence of the southern reservoirs – Cahul and Jalpug, in the IGP Valul lui Traian region, Domeniile Cuza winery stands out for its complex wines and the vintners’ respectful approach towards the earth’s bounty.

Wine Collections

The vineyards of Domeniile Cuza are bathed in sunlight and caressed by the fertile soil of the village of Alexandru Ioan Cuza, located at a latitude of 45 degrees, commonly referred to as the wine parallel. Our soil composition and mild climate, influenced by the Black Sea, Cahul, and Jalpug lakes, create a unique terroir where grape cultivation has a deeply rooted history. The wines from this collection capture all the nuances of the climate and boast high oenological potential.
