An exciting chapter for Purcari Wineries

We are pleased to announce the signing of the contractual documentation for the acquisition of SERVE Ceptura, a respected name in Romanian winemaking.

SERVE brings with it more than just ~0.5 million bottles annually and ~60 hectares of vineyards. It represents heritage, authenticity, and a strong identity rooted in the Dealu Mare region — values that resonate deeply with our own philosophy. Over the years, SERVE has built something truly special: not only strong brands like Terra Romana or Vinul Cavalerului, but a legacy shaped with care, consistency, and passion. We have great respect for what Guy de POIX started and what Mihaela de POIX and her family have achieved.

What comes next is about continuity — preserving what makes SERVE unique, while supporting its further development through the scale, expertise, and international reach of the Purcari Wineries Group.

This step also strengthens our presence in Dealu Mare, especially given the close proximity to Crama Ceptura, and creates meaningful operational and strategic synergies within the Group.
